1990
With a record 203 points, the McDowell Girls Track team won the Metro Championship. The team also won the District 10 title with Shelly Grisik as the MVP. Kate Petri set a new school record in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:24.59.
1991
The team was led by Kate Petri, who placed 7th at the state meet in the 800 meter run. The team won their 2nd straight Metro title after scoring 198 points in the meet. Shelly Grisik was invited to the National Championship. The team also defended their District 10 Championship.
1992
The girls track team won their 3rd consecutive Metro title, and won the McDowell Invitational. They finished 2nd at districts to Oil City, who also beat McDowell 98-43 in a dual meet earlier in the season. Natalie Jackson led the team as the MVP, and placed 7th in the triple jump at states with a leap of 37 feet, 1 inch.
1993
The team won the Metro Championship behind their co-MVPs Gina DelFreo, and Leslie Respecki.
1994
Individual champs at districts included: Heidi Baldwin (triple jump), Kristen Massing (long jump), Jessica Mory (300 meter hurdles), and Heidi Baldwin, Nicole Bursich, Jinelle Sanford, and Carrie Mitchell (400 meter relay). Missy Rohan placed 8th in the long jump at states. Heidi Baldwin was the team MVP.
1995
The girls track team cruised to their 6th consecutive Metro title and their 4th District 10 title in the last 6 years. Katie Geib was the team MVP. Nicolina DiLoreto set the 400 meter dash record in 59.18 seconds, and Lori Williams set the Shot Put record in 36-9.75, as well as the discus record at 121-4. Both the 1600 meter relay team and the 3200 meter relay teams set school records. The individuals that won district crowns included Nicolina DiLoreto (400), Pam Rezelle (300 hurdles), Lori Williams (discus), and Kristen Massing (long jump). Kristi Wilson placed 7th in the high jump at states and Missy Rohan placed 7th in the long jump.
1996
The 1996 Girls Track team finished 1st in 6 invitationals, including the Metro and District 10 Championships. Katie Geib and Carrie Mitchell shared the MVP award. Mitchell qualified for the state championship in 4 events (long jump, triple jump, 4 x 100 relay, and 100 meter dash). The 1600 meter relay team set a school record. The team finished 7th at the state meet. Lori Williams and Taunja Batista were named All-Americans.
1997
Led by state champions Carrie Mitchell (long jump) and Lori Williams (discus), the team won the Metro, District 10 titles, and placed 4th at the state meet. Five school records were set by Carrie Mitchell (100), Ashley Hansen (3200), Heather Borowy (pole vault), and Lori Williams (shot put and discus).
1998
Leading the way in scoring were Leshika Samarasinghe, Michelle Gutting, and Christina Keck. The team won both the Metro and District 10 titles.
1999
Led by record setting performances by Emily Tharpe in pole vault (12-3), Sheena Gordon in the 100 meter hurdles (14.85), high jump (5-9), Michelle Gutting in the 100 meter dash (12.21), Mindy Gorniak in the 400 meter dash (59.08), the 1600 meter relay team (3:58.89), the 3200 meter relay team (9:27.83), and Katie Dobson in the 1600 meter run (5:24). The team won their 10th straight Metro title.
